Voluntary sales have shown consistent growth for the last ten years. According to Eastbridge’s annual study, the rate of growth in 2008 for the industry was just under four percent, and total new voluntary sales exceeded $5.2 billion ($5.225 billion). Based on the study findings, Eastbridge Consulting recognizes a large and small company each year that has led the industry in voluntary sales growth.
“This year, among small companies, Texas Life was the fastest growing company based on voluntary sales,” says Gil Lowerre, president of Eastbridge. Texas Life has been a growth leader for four years running. Earlier this month, Eastbridge announced the winner in the large company group. “Eastbridge would like to congratulate Texas Life for a job well done,” adds Lowerre.
All companies participating in Eastbridge’s annual U.S. Worksite Sales Report are eligible to win the Sales Growth Leader recognition. To make the list for consideration, a company must have exceeded the growth rate of the industry as a whole for each of the last three years and also be leading in 2008 sales growth.
