The Spring and Summer Quiz
In the Spring OI we asked, “In 2010, which states had the lowest voluntary sales (premium) per employed residence? Correct answers can include any of the lowest eight states (based on the 2010 Eastbridge Premium Index).”
For some reason, readers equated low penetration with small states, and we received multiple votes for Vermont, New Hampshire, West Virginia and Rhode Island. And no, we did not count Washington, DC as a state! But the question was based on the lowest sales per employed resident, and none of these answers were correct. While we had quite a few responses with one correct answer, there was no clear winner.
As a result, we’re keeping it open until the next issue. Your response can include up to eight states. The response with the most correct answers wins! All 50 states are included in the research (but no, not Guam, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands).
