This insurer wanted to gain insight into its competitors' strategies in the large case market to further develop its own direction. Our analysis included both primary and secondary research to identify competitors' strengths, weaknesses, differentiators, capabilities, and likely strategic moves.

Conducted a study on the technology capabilities of insurance carriers offering voluntary products.

Our client was investing in upgrading its technology to provide benefit managers and covered employees better tools and access to manage coverage. To help them determine which capabilities to invest in, we conducted a competitive scan to identify the capabilities being offered by other carriers in the industry.
