Marketing Project Sample
Our
company has developed real-world and field-tested marketing
tools that define the distinctive features and benefits of
our clients’ products and services. These
tools also help communicate those features and benefits to
the appropriate audience. Following
is a sample of our marketing projects:
A proposal
system for brokers to use to present products
Eastbridge
developed a flexible proposal system that runs from a CD
and allows brokers and company personnel to develop customized
proposals for
employers. The proposal meets all compliance guidelines and
allows brokers to choose the products that they want to present
to each individual case.
A marketing
program to retain worksite customers who lapse off payroll
billing
We developed
an integrated campaign of direct mail letters and brochures
designed to retain customers who left the payroll accounts.
The marketing materials were customized to the customer's
product type and were created using input gathered from a
research project also conducted by Eastbridge. The net result
was a significant increase in retained coverages from approximately
five percent prior to the program to almost 25 percent with
the program.
Marketing/sales
support program to recruit brokers
Eastbridge
designed an integrated broker marketing campaign to increase
broker awareness of our client, stimulate trial of the company
among worksite brokers, and cultivate existing and new brokerage
business. As part of the project, we created a variety of
communication tools including: logos and tag lines, trade
press ads, a direct response recruitment package, a broker
fulfillment package, by-lined trade press articles, a broker
marketing newsletter, sales presentation materials, and point-of-sale
materials (employee poster, payroll stuffer, leave-behind
brochures).
