To better understand our product research services, below are some examples of projects we’ve recently completed.

Examined employee reactions to a brand new type of insurance being introduced by a company that was new to the market.

We conducted telephone interviews with employees to determine the level of interest in the product and the price that prospects would be willing to pay for it. We also identified the segments of the market most likely to be interested in the product.

Developed a detailed product profile that included state of the art features of a specific product to guide product development efforts.

A large group carrier was expanding its voluntary product line and asked Eastbridge to find the latest information on products they were adding so as to ensure that these products were state of the art.
