The New Enroller: What You Need to Know
Enrollers are an important part of our industry, but they aren’t often a part of our studies and research projects. The Enroller Resource Center and Eastbridge Consulting Group teamed up to remedy that with the release of our collaborative study: The New Enroller: What You Need to Know.
The objective of the project was to learn about enroller opinions regarding voluntary business. More specifically, the study was designed to help insurance carriers and other companies in the voluntary business better understand the needs of independent enrollers. (Note that enrollers who are dedicated to a single carrier or who are actual employees of carriers were not the target audience for this study.)
The report covers topics such as:
- Number of days spent enrolling
- Types of compensation
- Types of contracts
- Types of hiring entities
With this report, carriers and others can learn what is important to enrollers and how to attract and keep the best enrollers.
Order Info: The New Enroller: What You Need to Know is available for purchase for $2,000. To purchase a copy, you can email Eastbridge at info@eastbridge.com or call (860) 676-9633.
