The Voice of the Enroller: What Carriers Need to Know
Enrollers are an important part of our industry, but they often are not a part of our studies and research projects. That’s why the Enroller Resource Center and Eastbridge Consulting Group have teamed together for a second time to examine enroller opinions on the voluntary business. The updated study entitled, The Voice of the Enroller: What Carriers Need to Know, is designed to help insurance carriers and other companies in the voluntary business better understand the needs of independent enrollers—those dedicated to a single carrier or who are actual employees of carriers were not the target audience for this study. The report presents the most recent findings and, where appropriate, compares these to the first study’s results. Carriers can use this information to fine-tune their policies and practices and, in turn, increase their pool of quality enrollers.
The report covers topics such as:
- Time spent enrolling
- Types of compensation
- Products enrolled
- Type and sources of contracts
- Carriers used
- Enrollment specifics (i.e., case size, methods, training)
- Enroller satisfaction
Over 500 enrollers participated in the survey. In addition, 25 in-depth interviews were completed. With this report, carriers and others can learn what is important to enrollers and how to attract and keep the best enrollers.
Order Info: The Voice of the Enroller: What Carriers Need to Know is available for purchase for $2,000. To purchase a copy, you can email Eastbridge at info@eastbridge.com or call (860) 676-9633.
